Refund policy

FURNISH N SAVE does NOT warrant any furniture purchased here, all of which have manufacturer's warranties. FURNISH N SAVE further expressly excludes and Disclaims any and all warranties of any other kind, including but not limited to, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability.

FURNISH N SAVE has no other warranties except as set forth herein and no oral or written representations of any FURNISH N SAVE employee can create any additional warranties. FURNISH N SAVE's liability to Customer under this agreement is limited to the sum paid by Customer hereunder, regardless of any incidental or consequential damages Customer may suffer.

FURNISH N SAVE is not Liable for any property damages that occur during the process of delivery and assembly except for the furniture being delivered. All layaways, special orders, canceled orders and returns are subject to 25% processing and restocking fees. Items must be in original packaged unopened. All claims m be made within 24 hours of purchased date. Floor models and close-outs sales are final and as is. Down payments and Delivery fees are non-Refundable. Layaways are non-refundable and only 25% down for up to 6 months. Any delays after that are subject to a monthly 10% storage fee.
